High-Quality Stainless Steel Grades for Diverse Applications
High-Quality Stainless Steel Products
We provide premium stainless steel grades, including 304, 304L, 316, 316L, and 430, recognized for exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.
-
304 & 304L: Ideal for general applications with optimal chromium (18-20%) and nickel (8-12%).
-
316 & 316L: Enhanced with molybdenum (2-3%) for superior chloride corrosion resistance, perfect for marine and chemical environments.
-
430: Nickel-free, resistant to nitric acid, widely used in kitchenware, dishwashers, auto parts, and construction.
All grades feature excellent mechanical properties, including high tensile strength, elongation, and hardness, ensuring reliability for diverse applications.
Chemical Composition & Mechanical Properties
Our stainless steel grades 304, 304L, 316, 316L and 430 offer excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. With chemical compositions including chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, they provide high yield and tensile strength (≥49 Kgf/mm², ≥40 Kgf/mm²), along with superior elongation (≥18%) and hardness (≤90 HRB), ensuring durability in various applications.
Size and Size Tolerance
Our stainless steel products are available in the high-quality grades 304, 304L, 316, 316L and 430, each offering excellent corrosion resistance and outstanding mechanical properties. These grades are commonly used in a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, and chemical processing, thanks to their durability and resistance to rust and staining.
We offer a range of stainless steel products to suit different applications. Our offerings include Hot Rolled White Coil (Mill edge), Cold Rolled Coil (Mill edge, slitting edge), and Sheet. These products are available in a variety of sizes, making them suitable for both large-scale industrial use and smaller, more specific applications.
For Hot Rolled White Coil, the available size range is as follows:
-
Width: 1000 mm ≤ w ≤ 1500 mm
-
Thickness: 2.50 mm ≤ t ≤ 10.00 mm
For Cold Rolled Coil, we offer the following dimensions:
-
Width: 800 mm ≤ w ≤ 1500 mm
-
Thickness: 0.10 mm ≤ t ≤ 3.00 mm
These sizes provide flexibility for a wide range of projects, from heavy-duty applications to more delicate or specialized uses. Whether you're working with larger structural components or need thinner sheets for precision tasks, we have the right materials to meet your needs.
Packaging & Labeling
Our Hot Rolled White Coil and Cold Rolled Coil are carefully packaged to ensure secure delivery and easy handling. Both product types are available in a range of sizes, with Hot Rolled Coils featuring a NO.1 surface finish, and Cold Rolled Coils available in 2D and 2B finishes. The coils are packaged with waterproof material to protect them from damage during transit. Each package is clearly labeled with essential product details for easy identification. This reliable packaging and labeling process ensures that our products arrive in optimal condition, meeting the highest standards of quality.

Characteristics
-
General-purpose steel grade with good corrosion resistance, thermal resistance, and strength at low temperatures.
-
Excellent formability and weldability.
304
-
Low-carbon version of 304 steel.
-
Similar corrosion resistance to 304 steel in normal conditions, but with superior weldability.
304L
-
Contains Molybdenum (Mo), making it more corrosion-resistant than 304 steel.
-
Superior in pitting resistance and high-temperature strength.
316
-
Low-carbon version of 316 steel.
-
Maintains all the properties of 316, with excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion.
316L
-
It does not contain nickel, and has worse corrosion resistance than 304 and 316.
-
Has good heat resistance and wear resistance.
430
USAGES

304
Most widely used steel grade Applications: Household utensils (sinks, interior pipes, hot-water systems, bathtubs, boilers, etc.) Automotive components (wipers, mufflers, molding) Medical instruments Building materials Various industries (chemical, food processing, textile) Vessel parts

304L
Used in machinery and tools for chemical, coal, and petroleum industries requiring high intergranular corrosion resistance Applications: Building materials Heat-resistant parts Parts difficult to heat-treat

316
The second most widely used steel grade is known for its corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides, making it ideal for the food industry, surgical instruments, and marine applications. Applications: Potable water pipes Materials for seawater use Equipment for manufacturing chemicals, paper, dye, acetic acid, and fertilizers Structures in coastal areas Photo industries and food processing industries

316L
Suitable for corrosion-prone environments, such as exposure to salt and toxic gases. One of the most common uses of 316L is in highly corrosive environments.

430
Suitable for use in machinery and automobile manufacturing industries. Kitchen appliances, dishwashers, washing machine linings. Tools, screws, bearings and automotive spare parts. Construction and decoration materials.
